I'm going to write more fully about our trip to see Trixie and WaWa in DC at the girls' blog, but I thought I'd put some of the pictures of Finwe here.Mama Dog in the foreground was loving all the blankets. She nuzzled and rolled in all of them. She also licked Finwe and allowed him to grab a few fistfulls of fur.
While Trixie was holding Finwe he attempted to nurse on her. As Trixie said, "Any boob'll do." Both of us were in stitches over that incident.
Later that evening, WaWa got a chance to hold Finwe. I was pleasantly surprised that Finwe allowed WaWa lots of time without whining for me. WaWa has got some magic there. Oh, yes.

WaWa is a baby/child magnet! It is the most amazing thing ever. He has this way about him and always has...as long as I have known him. Children adore him. He must smell like candy, naps, and warm hay or something equally fun, mysterious and child friendly. I smell like poo. I am the anti-WaWa!
