Folks - She is not kidding about these questions. In fact the answer have to be WRITTEN not verbal. This "autobiography" is the start of the whole home study process and gives the social worker a baseline to develop the actual in-person interview questions. YIKES. I am sweating already.

Yeah, we should all think these things through before having children. Or at least during pregnancy.
