Crib or Bed

This was going to be a post about our success at getting Finwe to sleep in his crib. This will now be a post about him trying to crawl. I had even rearranged his room and cleaned out all the laundry and what-nots stored in the crib. You can see the floor in his room. Alas, he was only in the crib asleep happily for 30 minutes. Phill says this is a start. He's a glass half-full guy. I am not in this instance.

Anyhoo-Finwe is now leaning forward from a sitting position to get on his hands and knees. Unlike his sisters at this age he has no trouble getting his second foot behind him. The girls were constantly getting stuck in the pigeon pose. Something else interesting about him is that he doesn't get frustrated easily. When he ends up going backwards instead of forwards he finds something else to grab or to peruse. He's so content, unless it is near bedtime and I'm not around.
