One Week

One week. That is it. I went to my pre-op appointment today and filled out all the paperwork. Some of the questions on the general surgery medical history form are so funny for a pregnant woman. Here are a few of my favorites:

• Can you lie flat on your back? My OB instructed me to answer no, but to add the comment "Not while pregnant"
• Have you gained more than 10 pounds in the past year? Try 35!
• Could you be or are you pregnant?

So, next Thursday morning Phill and I will be at the hospital at (gulp!) 6:30am waiting for the OR to be prepped for me and Finwe.
